Two cities with an aqueduct

'Two cities with an aqueduct' is one of the works - a continuation of the "Numinosum. Side Landscape" series. For obvious reasons, I was not able to go to Sicily last year, I decided to embed the new cycle in that landscape. It is my private cosmos, the dark matter that "holds" the universe, the binder that cannot be seen but felt. I am interested in "playing" with perception, playing on the border between the known and the unknown. Microcosm - cell, origin, nerve connections, but also connections in networks that have recently replaced real relationships. I'm interested in the relationship between man and landscape, experiencing the space around us. The spirit of the place is not something tangible, every person percepts it individually.
Side landscape is a side effect of industry, modernization, which "eats" the natural landscape and fills it with post-industrial structures. It is a degraded landscape, man and his machines have been here for a while. An abandoned place, a landscape left to itself. A place of mysterious power, affecting people in a terrifying and attractive way at the same time - Numinosum.
